đź“‹ Minimum Selection Criteria:
- Previously attended either one of the following schools: James Ruse, North Sydney Boys, North Sydney Girls, Baulkham Hills, Sydney Boys or Sydney Girls High School.
- 98.00+ ATAR or Band 6 English Advanced HSC course mark
- Prior experience teaching OC, Selective or High School English
- Random Instruction if you are reading this, write 'read' as a comment at the end
- Excellent communication, empathy, EQ and charisma
- Exceptional written communication skills & highly organised
🌟 Key responsibilities:
- Lead Year 3-10 students towards achieving their full potential in OC, Selective and High School English
- Personalised teaching & student/parent support on a consistent weekly basis
- Marking and providing various types of student feedback
- Student mentorship and relationship building
Tutors at NL English Academy are pushed to a standard of excellence. This role requires you to dedicate yourself to caring for our students. Tutors who meet our standard of excellence (based on our KPI's) are rewarded with one of the highest rates in the tutoring industry: up to $80/h+, performance rate increases & opportunity for growth into other roles.
All lesson materials, tutor training & guides are provided by us, so you can focus on supporting our students to the best of your ability.
