Student Replacement Class Request Form

Terms and Conditions Should your child seek absence for a class offered by NL English Academy. Student absences must be notified via this form more than 24h before the class commences in order to seek a replacement class. Refunds, credit for missed classes and absences will not be provided. Availability of a replacement class is dependent on the capacity of other classes, as we strictly cap classes to a maximum of 6 students per class. In the case there is an available spot in another class to join as a replacement class, we will help onboard your child to join a replacement class.

Alternatively, if there is no space in other classes, a replacement class will not be provided. NL English Academy reserves the right to cancel any scheduled replacement classes at their sole discretion. In the case that replacement classes cannot be offered, it is recommended that students complete the classwork and progress through the theory in their own time. A screen recording is accessible and you can inform us throughout the week if the student has any questions. Throughout the week, you can reach out to NL English Academy any time if your child needs any clarification on the theory or activities, and we will do our best to support you, provide advice and feedback on both classwork and homework.
