It is an expectation for tutors to remain consistent in their allocated class time. If in any medical/family circumstance you cannot take your given class, proceed with the following steps.
Tutors must provide minimum 48 hours notice to inform us of your replacement request, otherwise you are expected to still take the class.
Please note that your number of replacement classes requested will be tracked and logged, directly impacting your opportunity for increased compensation adjustments based on KPI's.
